In today's society it is important that you as an individual can count on your privacy. Among other things, you have the right to the protection of your personal data. The law helps you with this by requiring organizations to comply with certain conditions when receiving and further processing your personal data.

That is why we, Goodone Productions BV, treat your personal data that we receive with respect and in accordance with the law. For what and how do we treat your personal data? Well, we are happy to explain that to you in this Privacy Statement. With new developments, we may adjust our Privacy Statement. The applicable version can always be found on our website. We will inform you as good as reasonably possible about important changes to our privacy statement.
2 - What do we treat your personal data for?

If you place one (e.g. tickets for a performance), we may collect the following personal data: first name and last name, email address, telephone number and the number of tickets ordered per type
This data allows us to execute your order, our agreement; this is the legal basis on which we treat your personal data.
We therefore use your personal data:

to confirm your order and payment by email,

to create and deliver your tickets,

to keep you informed about the performance in question, including any changes or cancellations,

for processing customer data, data analysis and determining rates.
More in particular, for the registration and sale of tickets for our performances, via our webshop, we first use the ticketing system of our partner Ticketmatic (www.ticketmatic.be), unless indicated otherwise. Ticketmatic only has access to the data to guarantee its ticketing services to us (eg sending tickets), but does not use your personal data for its own purposes. We also call on our partner Mollie for the payment of your order via our webshop. You will understand that it is our legitimate interest to also use this personal data, which we received in connection with your order, to keep you informed about similar performances, products and services via our newsletters by email or post (direct marketing). After all, we assume that you are curious by nature. If we make a mistake, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
This personal data is kept for five years after your last order, or for as long as necessary to enable us to comply with applicable law (eg for accounting reasons). With regard to direct marketing, we will keep your personal data concerned for a reasonable period of time after you have unsubscribed from further newsletters.

During our performances there is regularly a present. Our performances can also be. can also take place. A graphic artist can create. As much as we appreciate you getting ready to come to our performance, these photographer and film and sound engineers mainly create footage of our artists, in addition to atmospheric images of the audience. Sporadically, you as a spectator may be recognizable in this footage. We may publish the visual material on our website, via social media and in our printed matter. The footage is stored securely.
This is mainly because of our legitimate interest in promoting our activities and performances and for the further development and implementation of our activities.

If you explicitly register via our or another website, via email, during an order or a performance to receive our performances, products and services, we will only use the personal data you provide us for this purpose (direct marketing).

Finally, we can also collect your information, such as the IP address of you as a visitor to our website, your device type and internet browser, your location and information about which source you have reached our website (eg via Facebook, Instagram, email). We mainly collect this data via (see also our separate Cookie Statement). The IP address is used to prevent misuse, and in general this electronic identification data is intended to simplify your visit to our website for statistical purposes and to improve our website and our services.
Again, we consider it to be our legitimate interest to use your electronic identification data for the above.
This data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes concerned.

As indicated above, we rely on the following partners, who can access your personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose concerned:

4 - How do we protect your personal data?
Taking into account the likelihood and severity of the risks, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your personal data as safe as reasonably possible.

Uploading the data on a secure Cloud, which we rent from Wix. All data is sent via a secure SSL connection.

Our website is also regularly tested in order to continue to guarantee security.

Our employees are obliged to treat your personal data confidentially.

If there is nevertheless a breach of our security that leads to the destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access to the personal data processed by us, we will notify you to the extent required by law.
